Please find below details of how our Governing body is structured, including the names, categories, responsibilities and terms of appointment for each Governor.

The Governors

The Governing body of Pontygwaith Primary School works to establish a friendly, supportive and positive relationship between themselves, the school, parents and the community. If at any time there are matters which you wish to be brought to the attention of the Governing body, please contact one of the Governors.

If the matter concerns your child, you should discuss it first with the Headteacher. However, if a solution cannot be found, then please share your concerns with one of the Governors.

The Governors make an annual report to parents. This is distributed via pupil post during the autumn term. The report covers developments at the school over the past year.
